MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Jason Duane Henrichs, age 47, of Checotah, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 70 months in prison for one count of Distribution of Methamphetamine.The charge arose from an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.On October 9, 2025, Henrichs pleaded guilty to the charge in federal district court. According to investigators, on November 22, 2022, Henrichs distributed 111.9 grams of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance.The Honorable Ronald A. White, Senior Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, presided over the hearing. Henrichs will remain in the custody of the U.S.

Marshals Service pending transportation to a designated United States Bureau of Prisons facility to serve a non-paroleable sentence of incarceration.Assistant U.S. Attorney Rob Wallace represented the United States.
