JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – A resident of Morrisdale, Pennsylvania, was sentenced in federal court to 121 months in prison, to be followed by four years of supervised release, on his convictions of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and methamphetamine, United States Attorney Troy Rivetti announced today.United States District Judge Stephanie L. Haines imposed the sentence on Brandon Kifer, 45.According to information presented to the Court, from in and around February 2023 to March 2023 in the Western District of Pennsylvania, Kifer conspired to distribute and possessed with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of a mixture of fentanyl and 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.Assistant United States Attorney Maureen Sheehan-Balchon prosecuted this case on behalf of the government.United States Attorney Rivetti commended the Drug Enforcement Administration and Pennsylvania State Police for the investigation leading to the successful prosecution of Kifer.
