SHERMAN, Texas – A Frisco man has been indicted and charged with federal sex trafficking violations in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney Jay R. Combs.Nolan Anthony Ritchie, 29, was named in a six-count indictment returned by a federal grand in the Eastern District of Texas charging him with sex trafficking violations.If convicted, Ritchie faces up to life in federal prison.This case is being investigated by the FBI and the Frisco Police Department and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Calli Bailey.A federal indictment is not evidence of guilt.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.###
