BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – A Florida man has been indicted on child exploitation charges, announced Acting U.S. Attorney Catherine L. Crosby.A four-count indictment filed in the U.S. District Court charges Kyle David Dudick, 36, of Royal Palm Beach, Florida with production of child pornography, attempted production of child pornography, transfer of obscene material to minors, and distribution of child pornography.
The incidents allegedly occurred in August 2025 in Jefferson County, Alabama. On April 16, 2026, Dudick was arrested in South Carolina.If you suspect or become aware of possible sexual exploitation of a child, please contact law enforcement.
