HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Alante Omar Allen, also known as “Suey,” 33, of Huntington, was sentenced today to three months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for distribution of fentanyl.According to court documents and statements made in court, on August 31, 2022, Allen sold approximately 20.5 grams of fentanyl to a confidential informant in exchange for $1,300 while at a business on U.S. Route 60 in Huntington. As part of his guilty plea, Allen admitted to conducting the transaction and to arranging it beforehand.United States Attorney Moore Capito made the announcement and commended the investigative work of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Cabell County Sheriff’s Office.United States District Judge Robert C. Chambers imposed the sentence.
