WICHITA, KAN. – A federal grand jury in Wichita returned an indictment charging a Kansas man with distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).According to court documents, Colton Wiggins, 25, of Wichita is charged with one count of distribution of child pornography. In February 2026, Wiggins is accused of using a computer to distribute CSAM. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) is investigating the case. Project Safe ChildhoodThis case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice.
