LEXINGTON, Ky. – A Lily, Ky., man, Daniel Hoskins, 56, was sentenced on Thursday to 28 years by U.S. District Judge Karen Caldwell for two counts of production of child pornography. According to Hoskins’ plea agreement, on June 2 and June 3, 2025, Hoskins produced child pornography with a minor victim while he was incarcerated in the Madison County Detention Center. He instructed the minor to produce child pornography using the detention center’s video jail call system.
Jason Parman, First Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky; and Olivia Olson, Special Agent in Charge, FBI Louisville Field Office; jointly announced the sentencing. The investigation was conducted by FBI, KSP, and Madison County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant U.S. Attorney Justin Blankenship prosecuted the case on behalf of the United States. – END –
