PITTSBURGH, Pa. - Sixteen residents of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, have been indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on cocaine trafficking charges, United States Attorney Troy Rivetti announced today. The one-count Indictment was unsealed following the arrests of the defendants today.According to the Indictment, from in and around November 2025 to in and around July 2026, the defendants conspired to distribute and possess with intent to distribute various quantities of cocaine base, in the form commonly known as crack, as well as mixtures or substances containing cocaine, with the amount of drugs attributable to the lead defendant in the case, DeConta Harrison, including 280 grams or more of crack cocaine. A list of the defendants and the amount of drugs attributable to each through the conspiracy is included below.The law provides for a maximum total sentence of not less than 10 years and up to life in prison, a fine of up to $10 million, or both for Harrison, and not less than five years and up to 40 years in prison, a fine of up to $5 million, or both for the other defendants. Under the federal Sentencing Guidelines, the actual sentence imposed would be based upon the seriousness of the offense and the prior criminal history, if any, of the defendant.Assistant United States Attorney Jonathan D.
