NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA – On December 12, 2025, SHERIDA GRAHAM, age 57, a resident of St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana was indicted for possession with intent to distribute fifty (50) grams or more of a substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A), announced Acting United States Attorney Michael M. Simpson.According to court documents, on or about June 17, 2025, in the Eastern District of Louisiana, GRAHAM knowingly and intentionally possessed with intent to distribute fifty (50) grams or more of methamphetamine.If convicted, GRAHAM faces a minimum term of imprisonment of ten (10) years, up to a maximum term of imprisonment of life, a fine of up to $10,000,000.00, at least five (5) years of supervised release following any term of imprisonment, and a mandatory special assessment fee of $100.00.Acting U.S. Attorney Simpson reiterated that the indictment is merely a charging document and that the guilt of the defendant must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.The case was investigated by the Office of Homeland Security Investigations and the St.
