Specifically, Mikhail LYAPIN engaged in the deception and recruitment of Kenyan nationals into Russia through his associations with Global Face Human Resources and the Russian Embassy but, upon the Kenyan nationals’ arrival in Russia, they were forced to fight on the front line of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine under coercion.
