Sanctions list The US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Entity List (Supplement No. 4 to 15 CFR Part 744) — foreign persons, companies and organizations subject to specific license requirements for exports, reexports and in-country transfers of items subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), each published with a stated license review policy (most often presumption of denial).
