Overtreding Robein heeft haar wettelijk verplichte rapportages niet tijdig aan DNB verstrekt. De rapportage over het vierde kwartaal van 2022 en de rapportage over het jaar 2022 hadden uiterlijk op 13 februari 2023 in het bezit van DNB moeten zijn. Deze rapportages zijn echter door DNB pas op 14 februari 2023 ontvangen. Daarmee heeft Robein de Wet op het financieel toezicht overtreden. Bij besluit van 10 oktober 2023 heeft DNB hiervoor - in lijn met het handhavingsbeleid DNB voor tijdige indiening van toezichtrapportages - aan Robein een boete van € 13.500,- opgelegd. Bezwaar Robein heeft geen bezwaar tegen de boete ingediend. Hierdoor is het boetebesluit onherroepelijk geworden. (official source)
